I just have to tell you the story about this house... We've been looking at this house for a little while now and I've been wanting to make an offer but Seth wanted to wait a little while longer. I was getting antsy, but just commited it to the Lord. Well, the other night we decided we were going to put in an offer (After about a month of first seeing it). At that time they were asking 59,900 for it, but we decided to ask 52,000 and hope to get it for 56,000 or so. Well, that night our realater called us and told us they had just dropped the price to 48,000! Wow, that was a huge reminder of why we are to submit to our husbands and see how the Lord blesses that. Anyway, here are some pictures of our new house!

I can't believe you didn't tell me when I talked to you today!

Wow, what an incredible deal! Praise the Lord for His provision!
praise the Lord for an awesome provision!!! is this the house on 4th that you were telling me about?
so, when will you be closing? we just have people moving like crazy! that will nice though, because you guys can share boxes.
just thought of something else. i know you already have a table, but i was looking at the picture of the kitchen and i'm wondering if you could get a tall table with bar stools. you could push the table up against the wall and use it kind of like a 'bar'. i don't know... just an idea. i know you were worried about how to fit a table in there.
Congratulations, it's time to start trading sweat equity!
Isn't God good???
I love the French doors in the kitchen!!
